DONT EAT HERE. It took 1.5 hours to get our food- which was simply 2 bagels, 1 egg and coffee. The bagels were not toasted as requested and food was cold. When we called and asked they told us twice that the food was on its way- which was clearly not the cse. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Actually No stars. Don't bother ordering from this place. your order will never get to you I waited over 1 hour and a half for a bagel. The worst ever.

The food here is consistently good. Unfortunately, their delivery issues are consistently bad. There is ALWAYS a problem with their deliveries. Sometimes it's a wrong order. Most of the times, it's an absurdly long delivery time. I live three blocks away and there have been times that it's taken 2 hours for delivery. No joke.

Order took over 2 hours to arrive. Food was ok, but luckwarm once it arrived. I would not order from here again (especially on a weekend). Had to call 3 times to ask what was going on, the guy on the phone was rude and not helpful.

I just tried ordering from this place. They claim their delivery time is 30-45 minutes. About 50 minutes later I called them and they said they hadn't even started the order as they were busy in the store. They said they might be able to get the food here in another 30 minutes. What good is that?!

I will never order from Zuckers again. Their service is consistently incompetent. I have never been treated with such disregard.

I have been to the store a bunch of times and am always very impressed with the food. My last name is Zucker and so I naturally thought I would get the Sinatra treatment when ordering online. That did not happen! I ordered and they got the order totally wrong....not even close. It took a while to get the order and then they had to send the guy back with the correct order. They made things right and were nice about it. I would order again because the food is really good. But they need to work on their QC.

The food was really satisfying and left me with the impression that this is the place for me. They service was fast and well packaged, delicious and fresh. I had the Wild Western smoked salmon sandwich called the go green and a small Lentil soup that came with a choice of a bagel or banana. Also call ahead to ask for the daily specials.
