Best thai in the city!

Always satisfying. Very fortunate to live close to amazing thai food. Consistency is very important and that's what they bring to the table.

Horrible! Greasy, not fresh and everything tasted terrible. We ordered the Kae Mao Noodles, Woon Sen soup and appetizer sampler. It's hard to say which tasted the worst. And we aren't picky eaters! Absolutely NO WAY we would order here again.

I was sick today and ordered Thai specifically from this place because they had diet sprite and I needed to get hydrated without drinking caffeine. Instead of sending me the three Diet Sprite's I ordered, they send me three Diet Coke's. When I called to say they made an error the woman simply said, we don't have diet sprite. I was nice and said well that's specifically what was on your site and was ordered but she just kept saying we don't have diet sprite. Not only that but the curry is mediocre. Never ordering from here again.

best thai food in the city

Delivery was late, delivery man was rude. If you don't want to deliver a single meal, then don't list yourself with a ten dollar delivery minimum, and certainly don't make a stink to the customer about it. With a cuisine that is so readily available, such as Thai, it doesn't benefit a restaurant to have an attitude. Will be trying Thai elsewhere next time.

I ordered a large soup and a small soup. They did not fill up the container for the large soup. I called and they said this is how the kitchen does it.

Best Thai in the neighborhood hands down.

Be very careful with this restaurant. There food isn't the best but its pretty good and so I have ordered from them for years. As of today, I won't ever order again. I have always asked them to substitute certain vegetables and it has NEVER been a problem until today. I don't mind a change in policy. I don't mind an extra dollar. I do mind spending 16 min on a phone call to be told they have never had me change the vegetables in the past at no extra cost and then I prove it to them with Seamless's great order history. I do mind not being able to talk to a manager because they are not there and yet whenever I make a point the person on the phone goes and talks to someone else to find out what to do. Sounds like a manager to me. I do mind that when I gave up and said I wanted to cancel the order I was told I had to call Seamless web to do so. This is completely false as it clearly says in Seamless's FAQ that you should call the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and told them about this and they still said I was wrong and to call Seamless. I did call Seamless and they were great and fixed my problem. I have ordered using Seamless for many years. I have placed enough orders that I suspect I am a top Seamless customer at least as one person can manage. I have never ever complained about anything that it would cause me to write like this. Order from this company if you want but my point is doesn't anyone else think that customer service is ceasing to exist? No one knows basic common sense anymore and only wants to pass blame rather than make good business decisions. So, just be warned that the food may be fine when everything is OK. But what happens when it isn't? What happens when your order has a mistake? Are you going to go through what I went through as a loyal customer for the past 4 years?

Food is above-average. Portions are smallish, though I prefer them that way, but some might be disappointed. Delivery is generally fast.

The best Thai food I've ever had! Fast delivery too.

The items I ordered are NOT GOOD, especially for the price. I ordered the mango salad, too much chilly, so you don't taste the mango, just chilly and lime. It's not etable! They did not follow simple directions, i.e. lime vinaigrette on the side. The curry puffs, "YUCK," I have had better. I will NEVER oder from them again. Such a waste of $20.00, to whom do you complain, when things like this happen?

The raspberry duck is fantastic.

Despite the price increase from approx 6 mos ago, it is unbelievable that this restaurant delivers a portion that doesn't even fill half of the container. Pad Thai orders on both 1/9/08 and 1/13/08 looked like child portions. I will have to find another Thai that offers an entire dish, and therefore better value.

Curries are fine but noodles are awful and spring rolls are sub-par. Order things with chicken, the beef is a mistake.

I love this place and have never been disappointed with an order. The food is delicious, really quick delivery time too. You can't beat the curry puffs with a ten foot pole!

Superb Thai food!

Food arrived promptly. Noodles had alot of flavor. Portions are on the small side, so you'll probably need an appetizer or soup to go with lunch special.
