If you want nutrition, wok cooking—with wholesome ingredients and little oil—is one of the healthiest ways to prepare food. Quick cooking at high temperatures retains food's natural color, texture, vitamins and nutrients. At Wok To Walk, they never use MSG. Their menu options include healthy whole wheat noodles, whole grain rice and low-carb vegetable dishes.
Wok To Walk was created to fill a gap. Not just in your stomach, but in the market for quick-service meals in the city. Young, active people need options that fit their busy lifestyle. So, the creators of Wok To Walk set out to offer something totally new: food that is hot, wholesome, affordable—and quick!
Their first restaurant opened in late 2004 in Amsterdam. It proved instantly popular, and new branches soon began to open throughout the city. In August 2006, Wok To Walk became a franchise company and currently there are restaurants open or about to open in six countries!

I had to give it one star to actually put this comment on here - but after waiting 1 hour for the food to be delivered when they said 15-30mins. Not only had it not left the restaurant - they told me i couldnt get my appetizer and that they couldnt talk to me as i they were busy. Are you serious!!!!

Took 2 hours for them to deliver my food, on top of which they had to substitute because they didn't have my order.

The delivery time was triple what they promised, and when I called they weren't apologetic or helpful at all. Terrible service

The food is good. The delivery service is appalling. It took 1:20 to deliver one box of noodles 6 blocks from the store. The estimate was 15-30 minutes. After 50 minutes, I spoke to the store and was told the delivery guy was minutes away. 30 minutes later, he arrived. The restaurant offered no apology or explanation.

Oh my goodness, what a HUGE disappointment! I was so looking forward to my whole wheat noodles with broccoli and chicken, but after waiting an hour and 15 minutes to get my food, I am confronted with a gloopy mas of grossness! Why oh why didn't I heed the warning of previous reviewers? Why did I get suckered by the pictures and the simplicity of the concept?? EW! And the worst of it is, I'm so hungry at this point, I'm going to shove some of this disgustingness down since I had to pay $12 for it. Do not make my mistake.

I can't get enough of this place! It is cheap and sooo good. I have a gluten allergy and they have several options for me. The coconut curry sauce is also GF and yummy!

i placed my order at 9:07pm and now it is 10:28pm and the food STILL is not here. i called after waiting for an hour and they said it was on its way and would arrive within 5 minutes. twenty minutes later, i called again, and they told me that there was a problem with my order so it's been re-done and will be on its way shortly. shouldnt they have called me or something to let me know?! i like the food from this place but come ON: this is ridiculous.

Food was decent but overpriced. Delivery took over an hour and they forgot a soda with the order, which I was charged for anyway.

I ordered a rice dish and it was a lot of rice and not very many vegetables (even though I paid $1.50 for each veggie added). The rice was delicious but not what I expected and not worth the price.

Let me start this off by saying that I LOVE spicy food. When I saw that the garlic & black pepper sauce was rated "very spicy" I was not scared at all. It wasn't even called "chilli" or "hot pepper" or anything along those lines. Boy, was I wrong. While the taste was good, that dish was the single most spicy thing I have ever had in my life. It made me cry, it made my nose run, and worst of all, my ears are now clogged and popping. From the first bite, I was dying, but foolishly continued on thinking it would get better or I would get numb. I would HIGHLY ADVISE against this unless you are into torturing yourself beyond belief. No need to be cocky, it's just plain painfully hot. I'm sure another sauce would be fine, but their defintion of "very spicy" is insanely warped and not like anything I have ever experienced...ever.
