Tom Colicchio, chef and owner of the Craft family of restaurants and head judge of Bravo’s Top Chef, founded ’wichcraft to bring customers a casual dining experience like no other. The ’wichcraft menu includes breakfast items, sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries – all made from scratch daily. They prepare almost everything in their own kitchen, which allows them to hand pick each ingredient and ensure unparalleled quality.
Sandwich meats are slow roasted, braised and poached; Mozzarella is hand pulled; and ‘wichcraft bakes pastries and spins ice creams each morning to ensure freshness and quality. Whenever possible they work with small producers, use greenmarket vegetables and serve sustainably raised meat. And when there’s a great local artisanal item that just can’t be improved upon it very likely may end up on the menu. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I live 4 blocks away and waited almost 2 hours for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The only reason I gave them two stars is they at least refunded my money

I really love the food from 'Wichcraft but today I ordered the goat cheese sandwich and nearly cracked my tooth on a large piece of walnut shell. It was hard to enjoy my lunch after that. I expected more from restaurant owned by Tom Colicchio.

I think 'Wichcraft is consistently good. I order the onion frittata sandwich and it is always fresh and delicious. I don't know why this place has such a low rating.

Delivery was slow and I specifically asked for no Olive Tapenade. If I had a food allergy, I would have been annoyed. Chicken was thin and not worth the price paid. I may give it another chance, but definitely not delivery

It took several terrible restaurants for me to find the ONE gem near Tribeca!!! I love this food. It hit the spot when nothing would and left me feeling full. The creamwich was delicious! *sigh* I am in love with this place!!!
