Chef Roberto Lamorte was born in Pisa, Italy, and classically trained in the culinary profession at the Culinary Institute in Toscana (Livorno). However, Chef Roberto’s family ignited his passion for food. His parents shared their secrets for preparing simple dishes with robust flavor, while his grandmother taught him the fine art of making homemade pasta.
Chef Roberto’s talents can now be enjoyed by all at Trattoria Dopo Teatro where his daily lunch and dinner specials have drawn rave reviews.
