With our commitment to superior customer service, friendly and helpful staff, organic ingredients, and selection of mac and cheese dishes, each with their own character and flavor, we fit right in with New York’s culinary demands.
Are we the first to come up with this idea? No. But are any others like us? NO! Try our mac and cheese and you’ll know why! Our hip look, bright orange and white walls, stainless steel tables, and brightly light benches could cheer up even the grumpiest New Yorker. Unbelievable. 15 - 30 minutes underestimates the delivery time by about an hour. I called every 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time was exceeded and each time I was told that the food was on its way.

Horrible service. I cancelled my order. My order was late so I called in to check and my order had not even left yet. I then find out that 1 of the 2 items I ordered was not available and there was no equal substitution. No customer service ability at all. I've eaten here before and the food was good. However, I can find better mac n'cheese eleswhere!

Waited 90 minutes for the delivery and all we got was lukewarm Hamburger Helper. What a major disappointment. Since Mac & Cheese is all they make, you would think it would have been spectacular. The portion size vs. price is also a problem. Won't be ordering from there again.

Seamless web said this would take 15-30 mins. It actually took an hour and 20 mins for the food to arrive. Food was cold. Very disappointing. will never order from here again.

One of the coolest restaurant concepts I've expereinced, and the SuperMacs are excellent. Their minimum order, however, is very high and the portion sizes do not seem to match the price.

The food did not arrive until 2 hours after the longest estimated delivery time that was given. Therefore, the pasta was cold. Salad had tomatoes when "no tomatoes" was clearly stated and the dressing was non-existent. Tried to deal with getting a refund and was told it would be"taken care of"...

I love supermac but the delivery time is SO FAR OFF. Seamless estimated 20-40 mins and I have now been waiting an HOUR and HALF with no food in sight. When I called the restaurant after an hour, they told me it would be here shortly but still waiting...

Delivery time was supposed to be 20-35 minutes. I waited almost hour and 30 minutes. Will NEVER buy from here again, unless I have 2 hours to screw around. TERRIBLE!

Estimated delivery time was ~30 min. Actually took close to one hour. The food would probably have been decent had it still been hot. As it was it was fairly lacking in taste and originality. Will not order again for delivery but would be willing to try the restaurant in person.
