I ordered a hamburger. It was delivered char-grilled on the outside and completely raw inside. Inedible meal that has to be thrown out.

DISGUSTING! I ordered a WELL DONE burger and they sent me a burger so RARE that it was basically RAW. They also gave me about 5 fries for $4? You gotta be kidding me! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Love the food. The portions are gigantic, so be warned. The burger was almost as big as my head. One secret though, I've noticed if you order your burger one level of wellness rarer, you'll get exactly what you're looking for (ex: order MR for a Medium). Your milage may vary.

Excellent sandwich! Big HUGE hunk of really tasty chicken on the roll... arrived quickly. No pickles or slaw or anything accompanied the sandwich, but it didnt need to, the sandwich was huge. A bargain, will save as a favorite!

The estimated delivery time was 10 to 15 minutes but it actually arrived about an hour after I made the order. I ordered a sandwich but had to eat it with a knife and fork since the bag had obviously been flipped around so much that it was just a pile of food. The food was ok but the service was horrible.

Horrible, their Crouque Madam is not the typical Crouque Madam. They serve Crouque Madam as dry turkey and barely cheese. Totally different than ham, eggs and the creamy sauce. Their fries taste like oil, and are awful.

My burger was massive and excellent. I couldn't even finish it. The potato salad is by far the best I have had in New York. There was a hair in it but these things happen everywhere.

When our company moved to the area, we thought that there would be no good food in the area. Sandwich Planet was one of the first places that we discovered that proved us (happily) wrong. Sandwiches are always good and the orders are delivered in under 30 minutes a majority of the time.
