Arrived after an hour and a half. The Mozzarepa was soggy and bland. The Presando/Veggie Sandwich was too full of raw vegetables. So annoyed I ordered from this place given all the other good options available.

Used to be very good. Has definitely lower its quality, service, and most importantly, taste. A shame to loose one of the few Hispanic places in the area

Quality is OK but 4 dollars for one Empanada (that would literally buy 10 Empanadas in Colombia or even 4 in other Latin places in New York). It doesn't matter how good it is, it misses the point of an Empanada and it's over-priced.

I ordered the arroz con pollo which, in my opinion, was terrible. Bland with "chicken dust" and some very unfamiliar pinkish sauce that reminded me of Thousand Island dressing. I will not be ordering from here again, and the unfortunate part for us downtown is that this restaurant is one of a very few that have Latin/Spanish food...

sooo rude. honestly. It took about an hour and a half to get our food. I called just to make sure that it was on its way and hung up. Then a few minutes later, the manager called me BACK to bitch at me.... uhhhhh what kind of messed up customer service is that? that just ruined the night. the food was cold by the time it got to my place and bland.

We were very disappointed, we tried several different items, and they were really bland, soggy, etc. The soup was flavorless: even the salad was disappointing. We will not order again.

That was not arroz con pollo...it was rice that wasn't seasoned with bits of flavorless chicken and some kind of creamy sauce that should not be anywhere near rice. It was absolutely awful.

Waited two and a half hours on my food. Talked to the manager, they had run out of the food I had ordered and forgot to call me. He proceeded to blame the airplane in the Hudson, and an hour later I still had not gotten my food. Let's hope the quality of the food makes up for the quality of the service.

Long wait and the food was not well prepared. The medium-rare salmon was raw like sushi. Co-workers did not have any luck with the filet mignon or the grilled chicken. We will not order from this vendor again.

Very dissapointing. Tortilla Soup was not tortilla soup (some strange tasting alternative) and the quesadilla cheese tasted like velvetta.... better options out there.

Delivery was 35 minutes outside of the delivery window. And I hate to be so picky, but I received a ridiculously small amount of fries with my order (I counted eight individual fries). I've ordered this dish before and received at least three times the amount of fries I was given. I absolutely love the food, but it's not worth the hassle.

Oh my God! Who makes the Torta 3 Leches at Pan Latin!? You should order from Pan just for this awesome dessert. This is my new favorite restaurant!

They have terrible service. Instead of 25-40 minutes, it took an hour and twenty minutes. I got the impression that if I hadn't called that I never would have gotten the food. The food was slightly cold when it arrived. It was decent but not worth waiting that long for. They should give a more realistic estimate of how long their delivery takes.

The salad came in 'lunch' sized bowl with nothing but a few pieces of pork and vegtables. I could have made a better salad by going to the corner store. Don't waste your money on the salad!!!

Horrible. Without question not fresh. Obvious from smell, confirmed by my first and only fork-full. Threw it out after one bite. Save your money and stay away from the Arrozo Con Pollo. Beef Empinada was decent but came with no sauce.

I am sad to say that I was extremely dissappointed with Pan Latin Cafe. Worst tortilla soup I've ever had. It was like drinking a cup of salt with soggy tortilla shells. The refried beans were flavorless. The fish tacos were fishy. My boyfriend's empanada was good, but they charged 50 cents for the smallest side of bad salsa I have ever seen. I would never order again.

Fab food, the best around downtown. Would be 5 stars but for the fact that details often tend to be overlooked in terms of quantities of items and requests for condiments on the side. Delivery speed has vastly improved.

Food (chicken noodle soup and fish tacos) were subpar. Delivery was awful- took an hour and a half and food was cold when it arrived. I had to call twice before food finally arrived. Would not recommend.

The food was just okay even though I got sick from it. It came cold, there were no utensils to eat with, and the milk for my coffee had spilled all over the bag. This is why I give it only two stars.

Not authentic. The dleviery time was completelty off. My order was more than 45 min late. The mozzarepa was hard as a rock, the yogurt parfait lack, nuts and tropical fruit. All I got was plain yougurt with strawberries, needless to say the yourt was sour. I wound up spendign $16 for a cup of bland coffee. Will not order from again. Not worth it !!!!. Will go to Sophies next time.
