Jackson Hole Restaurants and Catering Services, New York City was established in 1972 as an answer to the frozen hamburger patty. They wanted to create a unique concept which included the then unheard-of open kitchen so the customer could see his or her food being prepared. Their goal was to use the freshest ingredients, while still offering quality, quantity and affordability. This review is not regarding the quality of the food but the overall service. I would have appreciated more careful attention paid to the particulars of each of the items contained in the order to ensure total satisfaction because I was not totally satisfied. More specifically, there was one item for which a kaiser roll was indicated and yet was not received---and I was still charged the additional cost of the item.

I really wanted to like this place, so I had a go-to delivery spot in the neighborhood for burgers/wings, etc. Blondies and Luke's are great, but I wanted to try something new. I know that JH is known for their burgers; however, I saw that the wings were one of the most ordered dishes, so I got them and a house salad. The wings were fairly flavorless, soggy, small with bland hot sauce on the side. The blue cheese dressing (mainly mayo) was the worst I've ever had. The side salad was mainly onions, and the french dressing tasted like mayo and oil with very little ketchup. I am not sure how they could mess up the dressings so badly. Anyway, I don't think I'll be ordering or dining there, again. The one positive experience was the order took less than 20 minutes (I live 11 blocks away).

The New Yorker panini is not a panini by any stretch of the imagination. That's my fault, though, for making such a selection at a place like this. 1/5 The Western Chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty good--lots of toppings, tender chicken, and tasty bread. 4/5

Delivery was prompt - came in 25 minutes. Delivery man was nice. All our burgers were made to our specifications and were HUGE. A lot of meat! Big buns too. Pickles came nicely wrapped on the side. Fries were tasty. Very impressed with how good the burger was being delivered - presentation wasn't messy, burgers were still warm and the included everything we needed. Recommended!!

The service is generally good, although some deliveries do not conform with the order. For example, with respect to the last order I placed with this restaurant, one of the items delivered (baked potato with broccoli) did not match what I ordered (baked potato with bacon). Also there have been occasions where instructions have not been followed - items ordered lightly cooked come well done,

They have a lot of variety and everything is pretty decent, but this Jackson Hole isn't as good as the one on 2nd Ave near 86th.

best place to order breakfast. got a yogurt parfait and it was delicious! they had just cut fresh bananas AND strawberries with just the right amount of yogurt and fruit. fresh squeezed oj. i am really picky too. fast delivery

Terrible food. Way overpriced. Everything comes out of a freezer. Terrible quality. Caant even cook a burger all the way through. Medium Rare Does NOT mean uncooked.
