Not good, not fresh, not fast, not reasonably-priced. Hype probably due to people who know nothing about Japanese food and eat sushi b/c they think its trendy.

Ordered food at 9:20pm; arrived 10:30pm! Food was stone cold, and salmon so salty it was inedible. Don't waste your money and time.

Would have given 1.5, but since I consider a 1 to be unedible, it was closer to a 2. Anyway, the sushi was warm and very "fishy" smelling, but didn't make me sick... so there was a plus. Overall mediocre and thoroughly unimpressive. I would not order from them again.

Food was fresh and very good. Delivery was as promised - 45 minutes, but I was surprised since I ordered early. I would order from them again.

the food is good-most of the time but it is very expensive & frankly it always takes at least an hour for delivery-usually longer-too long

Great and speedy service!

Some of the worst sushi I have had in a long time. After two pieces I had to throw it out.

Something is wrong with the fish that you are serving now. For the price everything should be of top quality and not so "SMELLY". We spent two hundred and threw away almost all the sushi. Until they get their act together we recommend that you stay away from the SUSHI!!!

Best Sushi! Very fresh

Haru is usually top quality, but this time there were a couple of questionable pieces with brown spots (definitely not fresh). I'm thinking it was a fluke, but it shouldn't happen when you pay that much.

good sushi. office favorite

Great food, delivery on time. The food is fresh and the Sashimi salad and King Crab dumplings are a must. If I order sushi, this is the place. I'm particular about where I order raw fish from but I have yet had any problems with their freshness.

Haru isn't so great anymore... I would recommend going with a different sushi place that's a better value for your money.

Food is usually decent, but not always. Today I received scales in my sushi, that arrived 30 minutes late.

More hype than substance. Food can be hit or miss, as the chefs don't seem to pay attention to detail. Delivery can be spotty.

Generally dependable, but not attentive to detail. For instance, used asparagus instead of avocado in the double toro roll (result: disappointing flavor and experience).

Okay, because of it's location, Haru, is a madhouse during lunchtime. It's full of business men from the surrounding office buildings, but it's got great sushi. If you can wait for dinner, it's a more relaxed atmosphere. The decor is a modern Japan (inflatable plastic cushions and robotic jellyfish in tanks) instead of the regular old school decor. The sushi is really fresh and really good. It's got all of the standard fare and nothing too inventive.
