Just like its Grand Sichuan siblings around New York, Grand Sichuan St. Mark’s features authentic Sichuan cuisine. However, the thing that sets this location apart is its dishes in Chong Qing flavor, such as the Authentic Chong Qing Hot Pot. With its spicy peppers and boiling hot soup base, this is not a dish for the faint of heart. But for those adventurous enough to take it on, their reward will be an incredible array of flavors.

Excellent New York style Chinese. Spare ribs great, seafood great. Delivery perfect. Recommended.

Lo Mein and vegetable roll were delicious! Hot and Sour soup was very good, not watered down at all. Sesame chicken was decent, not the best ive had but definitely not the worst. I would definitely order from here again.

Wonton soup was water. Chow fun was tasteless (and not fun!)

The food was ok but my tummy was not.

This food was TERRIBLE. I should have listened to the previous reviewers- like many others, I waited for over an hour (estimated time was 15-30 min) and received greasy, flavorless noodles and weak, pathetic dumplings. I threw most of it away, which is very rare for me.

Food's always good but BEWARE on time. Estimate said 30-45 minutes. We've been waiting for 1 hour, 25 minutes. Have called twice and people there wouldn't tell us anything other than we'd have to wait. Just called again to cancel and they hung up after telling us we needed to wait.

The food here is not terrable but far from good. We had to wait over an hour to get our food, and when it came it was cold and they had left the lid ajar on my food causing it to spill out all over the bag. Do not bother to get their veggie rolls either they charge you 2 bucks for them and they are smaller than your pinkey. Def do not thin I will be ordering from here again.

Overcharged me for "all white meat"... got mixed meat. Also, gave me white rice instead of Brown. Overall, the food was mediocre, I ordered the sesame chicken, and there was barely any sesame on the chicken. The other ordered entree was also not so good. It took 45 minutes to get slightly below average food, and not even the right food. I would advise you to check out other restaurant.

The General Tso's Chicken was soggy and wasn't flavorful. The Shrimp Lo Mein completely lacked flavor. I was really disappointed.

Best Chinese in the neighborhood, by far. The Gui Zhou Spicy Chicken is amazing, as are the crab-and-shrimp soup dumplings.

Took 3 times as long as it was promised to have my order delivered. When I received it, the contents of each item was spilled into the bag. Absolute mess!

Awful service, rude people, oily food. i'm going somewhere else to get my food

Took almost an hour and they sent white rice. Why provide the brown rice option if it won't be honored? It was only one meal and one rice - really steams my pot to have something that simple screwed up.

I recently relocated from the Midtown East area down to the East Village. One of the few things I miss is a decent Chinese restaurant. My old neighborhood had nothing but decent Chinese restaurant. I was hoping my order from this place was going to be decent, given the fact that there is another Grand Sichuan, where I used to live. The only decent thing on this menu was their free soda that came along with it's lunch. I ordered the General's Tao Chicken. First of all the chicken dish they gave me was a "WATERY SOUP." When I opened it up, I swear, 90% of the dish was diluted with water. Their pork lo mein was nothing but GREASE. I was better off riding a taxi back to my old neighborhood for some decent Chinese food.

Timely delivery and good food. My only annoyance was that the delivery person spoke poor/heavily-accented English so communication was difficult. But definitely worth it.

Absolutely the best Chinese in downtown Manhattan. Dan Dan noodles, Ghou Zhou chicken, pork soup dumplings(eat in only - they explode during delivery). Very good!

So good. It's not for the meek. This food is POW in your face spicy and flavorful. I love the cold appetizers, like the Dan-Dan noodle and the spicy beef tendon, the tea smoked duck is heaven! Avoid the Chinese-American side of the menu and go for the authentic stuff.
