Geisha’s refined and sensuous menu was created by Executive Chef Michael Vernon in collaboration with four-star chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. In the Sushi Bar, Master Sushi Chef Don Pham offers an exquisitely fresh range of new and traditional forms of sushi and sashimi. Working with an Asian palette of flavors and classic French techniques, each dish is brought to a high level of execution. Featuring exciting selections such as hamachi, bluefin patchwork, rack of lamb and roasted lobster, Geisha crosses over into new culinary horizons.
Salmon Tartar—Whole grain mustard, shallots, chives, toasted rice, micro-lemon balm and chili vinaigrette
Chicken Salad—Grilled organic miso marinated chicken breast, hearts of Romaine, Napa cabbage and miso sesame vinaigrette
Salmon—Miso marinated Atlantic salmon with Shiitake mushrooms, grilled scallions and miso glaze
Beef Short Rib—Soy-braised prime short rib with pomme purée, Swiss chard, roasted endive and wasabi infused red wine jus
Lobster—Roasted Maine lobster, udon noodles, wild mushrooms, leeks, asparagus tips, pea shoots and black truffles
Vegetable Udon—Sautéed udon noodles, Asian mushrooms and a medley of organic baby vegetables
I can't believe this place delivers on here! It's a bit pricey for eating in, but the food is much better than any other sushi restaurant that delivers to me.
