At Estancia, the food is Argentine-inspired, with Italy and Spain as the dominant culinary influences. The interior makes you feel like you are in an estancia far removed from the hustle and bustle of New York City.

The menu offers meat and fish on the grill, always accented by the fabulous house of chimichurri, with a wine list made up of Malbec, Riojas, Monastrell, Albarino and Torrontes, as almost all available by the glass.
One must always end their meal at Estancia 460 with the crepes con dulce de leche, or our chocolate bread pudding in a whisky sauce topped (of course!) with our dulce de leche.
During the day, you may enjoy a sun-drenched lunch in Estancia 460's main dining room, without a reservation. Though the handmade tables are beautiful, eating at the bar is available which can be the best seat in the house—especially when Ewan McGregor is having his grilled calamari salad fix. Night time means white tablecloths and votives flickering—a perfect spot for romance. Brunch on the weekends is very kid-friendly and we host many baby showers. We also offer outdoor seating during the warmer months, which is a great place to sip Prosecco and people watch.

Estancia 460 does private events many of which have been film wraps and kick off parties, weddings, surprise birthdays, art gallery openings and the location of film and television shoots.
The loft-like space with tall ceilings, exposed linen white brick walls and wooden floors at Estancia oozes Tribeca. Latin music plays in the background of candles flickering throughout the place. Each event is tailor-made to your needs, emphasizing our delicious Argentine cuisine.
The restaurant comfortably seats sixty-five people for a sit down dinner and eighty people for events with an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres.
I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and this restaurant is better than most restaurants back home. I would highly recommended for its great ambient and food!

The Best "Gauchita" Burger around! Very consistent, excellent staff and a nice all around friendly neighborhood restaurant - exactly what most of NY is slowly seeing fade away. I love this place! :)

I have eaten in the restaurant once it was excellent. Sosa is one of the staples of life in Tribeca. If you are looking for a delivery hamburger and fries or pizza, in Tribeca then then this is the place. The regulars recommended: Bruschetta classica (appetiser); Gauchita burger & fries (medium well - as all burgers should be.); Any of the pizzas (they are very large "single" servings); The delivery guys are very quick in Tribeca.

Sosa Borella is definately a favorite. They have a terrific menu for both brunch and dinner and the desserts are always great. I highly recommend.

Stacey Sosa was part of a husband and wife team for ten years as co-owner of Sosa Borella Tribeca in 1995 and Sosa Borella theatre district in 2002. In 1997, when the New York Times reviewed the first Sosa Borella in Tribeca, the review was headed “The I Love Stacey Show”.
Now as a solo restaurant owner of Estancia 460 she still holds court as the young downtown “Elaine," creating an intimate, unpretentious setting to the Hollywood/media crowd and her Tribeca neighbors. She can always be seen-- with a smile on her face!-- at the front of the house, making everyone feel at home.

“Thanks a million for the best wedding party of the 21st century. We had a great time and so did all the friends and family.”
