The menu is designed to be versatile, as diners have the option to select from either a traditional list of entrees or from an extensive array of tapas (small plates typical of Spanish cuisine) offerings. In fact, it is common for patrons to order a variety of the tapas dishes and combine them for a meal, or to order a few tapas with sides of vegetables and rice. The owner believes that the best and only way to market his restaurant is through the word of mouth provided by his customers. Judging by the results, you would have to say that he is onto something.
