Owner Georges Forgeois (of Bistrot Jules, Café Noir, Singe Vert & Bar Tabac) updates the classic French Brasserie of the 1950s with a fresh American feel in the latest endeavor. The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable and relaxed, with a décor enhanced by items obtained at Les Puces in St. Ouen, Paris. An extensive wine list features French & American wines prominently. The casual bar in front is perfect for sipping wine and sharing a bite to eat with friends, while the terrace is an ideal spot for people watching as the sun sets over the nearby Hudson.

Chevre Salad—Warm goat cheese with baby greens
Cercle Rouge Chicken Wings—Celery and blue cheese dressing
Steak Frites—Sirloin steak grilled with French fries, and butter Maitre d’Hotel
Magret de Canard—Sautéed duck breast and leg confit in mushrooms gratin with cassis sauce
By far the best delivery around. It's amazing how the food still taste as good as it does when your sitting eating at the restaurant, which is a lovely experience and if you can make it there you should go for dinner-but is still as fantastic when delivered. The Cergle Wings are THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

This was the worst piece of meat I ever ordered in Manhattan. The side was also terrible. "Zero pointe" and for a Frenchman like me to criticize a French restaurant, it's gotta be really disgusting.

So not worth it. I threw away my salmon burger and my entire office was complaining of the smell.

Food arrived 1 hour late, the lobster bisque was half full and cold and the sandwich was soggy. When I called for a refund he argued with mer and said to bad. I will never order from this restaurant again and I suggest you dont either!!!

This is a fantastic place for brunch, if you don't mind the TriBeCa families that gather. The tables are in close proximity to each other, but it doesn't feel cramped. The food is fantastic! The service leaves a little to be desired, but I went on a busy Saturday afternoon and every table was occupied. I didn't have to wait for a table, which was good! During the week, they have prix fixe lunch and dinner menus.
