the food was fine, nothing special but not bad. it is the cheap stakes who work at the burger haven whove upset me. they only gave me 3 ketchup packets when i requested extra. would i have only gotten 1 if i didnt make the request. its the details that make me choose one mediocre midtown lunch place over another. burger haven obviously is not into customer service so i will no longer be into them.

I have been eating at this chain for years. This particular restaurant somehow just isn't up to the standard of the others. Ordered cream of tomato soup which was so thick my spoon stood up in it (corn starch, perhaps) and, it was barely tomato. Also ordered a grilled cheese. It, like the soup, came barely warm, which means it was sitting for a long time. They are only two blocks away from my office but it took almost 40 minutes for the delivery. Had a hamburger at the restaurant two weeks prior and it was rubbery. No more for this branch.

Food was very good. Portions were the right size -- the burger was not too big and not too small. A little on the pricy side, but overall, very good. Will order again.
