Although Brother Jimmy’s offers a diverse menu of many Southern favorites, they are most famous for their traditional Southern BBQ. All of their BBQ is smoked in-house, using Cookshack-brand smokers. Even the hickory wood they use to smoke the meat is shipped straight from the South. Everything is smoked slowly and carefully—up to 10 hours!—in order to get the best tasting, juiciest BBQ in town.

Not as good as their in-house meals. BBQ sandwich was dry, not marinated - sauce came separately.

Good, mass produced barbecue. Quick delivery.

Always on time! Portions are enormous--one appetizer and salade easily feeds 2. Best wings north of Dinos. BBQ!

The food here is pretty grim. The pulled pork sandwiches arrived tasteless and dry, the sides were cold (mac and cheese and mashed potatoes) and the delivery took forever. If you're dying for barbeque, this place is not going to fulfill that need. It'll just get you irritated at what you spent for what you got.

Terrible experience. They screwed up my order and then failed to change it or make restitution.

I ordered the Northern Style Ribs. The meat fell off the bone as advertised, but it was VERY tough and chewy. The big disappointment was the collard greens, which were perhaps the saltiest food I have ever eaten. The food was not horrible, but given that NYC offers so many other options, I doubt I will give BJ's a second chance.

they dont pay close attention to the details (i.e. pickle on side) but they'll do in a pinch. probably best to make your own if you REALLY know southern/louisiana cuisine...

Food was great. Delivery was quick (of most of the food). However, they didn't deliver either side item I ordered even after I called a second time and they said they would bring it.
