Brasserie Cognac's cuisine combines the French classics and Florian Hugo's modern creations which forms an exciting yet charming setting with a classic French Brasserie style menu. One hundred and two different varieties of cognac are available and a gorgeous wine list including first-growth Bordeaux is sold by the glass.
The polar stars for Brasserie Cognac are: number one, incorporating only the highest quality ingredients available; number two, pleasing the guests with friendly and professional attention; and number three, maintaining felicitous price points, with no menu item costing over $35.

Calling the food mediocre would be a compliment. Food was overpriced, and maybe they thought I wouldn't notice that the lobster bisque was actually a mushroom soup. With so many other choices, I will not order from here again.
