Szechuan Potstickers—Choice of steamed or pan-fried chicken dumplings with hot soy-chili sauce
Mushroom Blue Burger—Ten ounces of fresh ground sirloin charbroiled with crispy bacon, Portobello mushroom, caramelized Vidalia onion and melted Blue cheese on a sesame brioche roll
Cedar-Planked Salmon—Mustard potato puree, grilled asparagus and maple tamarind glaze
Catfish Sandwich—Fried or grilled fillet with Romaine and herb tartar sauce, on a fresh baguette
Chopped Chicken Sandwich—Grilled chicken breast, avocado, cucumber, plum tomatoes, walnuts, crumbled Blue cheese, baby organic greens and champagne vinaigrette

Calamari was very oily - when I got to the bottom of the container, the calamari was sitting in about 2 millimeters of oil. Ceasar Salad was extremely warm (almost hot) when I got it. Not too good.

Several of the items I had were very good, like the Santa Fe Salmon Wrap. I ordered the oyster Po' Boy and it was so far from being a Po' Boy that it isn't funny. It was on a sesame seed hamburger bun, for pete's sake.
