Wild Greens was opened in December 2004 by the owners of EJ’s Luncheonette. Wild Greens offers fresh, large portions of chopped salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups, breakfast items and homemade desserts. The produce, meat and fish are delivered fresh every morning. The meat and fish are then baked or grilled on the char-broiler, adding to the freshness of each order.

The breakfast platters are made with freshly baked H&H bagels, and the fruit salads are also made fresh to order. The salads are fresh and hearty; Wild Greens has one of New York’s largest selections of salad dressings. Their wraps can be made with freshly baked pitas or flour tortillas. The sandwiches can be made with a variety of interesting breads like Eli’s famous seven grain wheat, and their soups are homemade. Their dessert platters include home baked jumbo chocolate chip cookies, brownies, blondies and much more.

delivery time stated 25 - 40 mins. waited well over 1hr 30 mins for my delivery (a salad & small soup) - unacceptable!

Ordered a salad and iced coffee for delivery. Received plastic bag full of iced coffee and empty plastic cup plus soggy and inedible salad. Poor ingredients, poor delivery (he was swinging the bag as he came up the door- it's no wonder it spilled) Asked for a refund. They apologized and said they would "try", but to follow up if I didn't receive it. There are PLENTY of better salad places around. Try Organique - way better quality and same price.

Great choices for make your own salad, but can you add anchovies? That way you can do a Salade Nicoise.

the salad was all pepeprs, had no kind of spice to the shrimp, didn't seem grilled to me, seemed like they threw cocktail shrimp on top of the salad. The avocado was non existent. The only saving grace was the tortilla...and I had to pay extra.

Food is good, but Wild Greens pretty much ignores any special requests that you make when you order via Seamlessweb. For example, I always ask them NOT to chop the salad (they basically mince it), but they consistently mince the salad anyway. It's as if they don't even bother reading the order comments.

Excellent salads and sandwiches, although the delivery can be spotty at times, with utensils forgotten or salad dressing tops loose in the bag. Fantastic food though, despite these problems.

Delivery was quite. Create your own salad was more like a minced bowl of greens than a tossed salad. I would probably stay away from the salads.

Delivery was 40 minutes later than estimated and the lettuce was wilted. I threw it out and am annoyed that I have to order from somewhere else now.
