I was excited to try the food here; it looked healthy and different. However, my experience with their delivery service was so awful that I will not order again. I ordered at 11:45 am online for a 1:00 pm delivery...it showed up around 2:00 pm. I called at 1:30 to ask where it was - they said give it a few minutes. Annoyed, I did. At 1:45 I called again and got the same response and refused to comp the lunch. She offered to buy me lunch today instead, but honestly I don't want to sit around waiting for sub-par food to arrive cold, free or not.

Healthy food does not need to be this bland

Food was cold and tasteless.

The food is healthy, good and not too expensive. However, they *always* seem to get something wrong with my order (normally small things but still...) - I called to tell them one time and they just didn't seem to care. Quite a shame.

Took over an hour to deliver breakfast. Decent food but not nearly worth it.

I have been waiting an hour for this, the place is six minutes from my office. Fail?

Food was bland and flavorless, and cold upon delivery (which took over an hour)

The delivery guy had an attitude problem, wouldn't give me a receipt, and half my order was missing. Although I've gone in person several times for lunch and liked it, I wouldn't recommend delivery.

i ordered the "thunder" with turkey burger, i assumed that the peppers and onions would be cooked. They were not. Overcooked Turkey burger with tomato sauce and raw red onion and raw green pepper on top. Really gross.

I agree, not what it used to be. Portions are smaller, service is terrible. Waited well over an hour for delivery!

Not what it used to be - the food got delivered cold, the shakes were tasteless.

Messed up my order. Added chicken instead of tofu!

Ordered the lentil soup and turkey burger wrap. Food was decent, however, the delivery time was horrible (e.g., >2 hour wait). The food was also cold by the time it was delivered.

They are delicious and everything on their menu is healthy. For the athlete, the health enthusiast, the dieter, or anyone who wants to make better food choices.

Ordered a sandwich and got a warm salad, which was disgusting. I was told that it was an "open faced sandwich" with no bread. All of their portions are smaller then advertised and they make their containers half full.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong. It's remarkable how bad they are at following what people order. If they weren't the healthiest option around, I would never order from them. As it is, I've drastically reduced the number of times I order from them.

I order from Pump all the time and the 38th St. location is ALWAYS late on their deliveries. I never complain, but today they said the delivery time was 45-60 minutes. Well, it's been 90 minutes now, and when I called to find out where it was they said it's on the way. They really should have offered to not charge me. I don't think I will order from them in the future, they are just way too unorganized and bad with customer service.

I'm not passionate about The Pump (like so many people seem to be), but if I feel like eating healthy, I'll order here. Some of the food can be a little bland, but it's great for people who want to know exactly what they're putting into their bodies.

Quick delivery and the food is always fresh.

There isn't a better value in healthy eats than The Pump.

Definately healthy, but the portion was soooo large and if the chicken was cooked any more it would have turned to wood - so dry and overcooked.

Carrot soup was awesome; like baby food, but in a good way. Garden salad wasn't anything special. Tahini dressing was v.good.

Super healthy food makes you feel great, but their delivery -- though quick -- is getting sloppy.
