always get order wrong, and coffee spilled everywhere in bag! horrible service!

The food is pretty good, but your order will probably not be filled entirely accurately. I've gotten a salmon pasta dish without the salmon, and a sandwich on different bread and with somewhat different ingredients than the menu says, and without following any of my instructions (dressing on the side / different dressing). So: good food (the make-your-own-pasta is a good in both taste and price), but bad service.

Order was not as ordered, but the food was good.

The food is great when they manage to get the order right. The service is horrible!! I've ordered hot chocolate and received only steam milk 3 times in a row. The breakfast rarely comes with homefries as ordered and they always forget toast or send the incorrect toast. I have ordered from here dozens of times and 9/10 times they get the order wrong, sometimes completely. I have spoken to the manager many times and each time he gives a credit but when I try to use it they still do not get the order right. My co-workers and I are fed up and will never order from here again.

I am sorry to do this, but I am leaving negative feedback because I have received the incorrect salad 9/10 times I have rodered.

Great food, but HORRIBLE service!! I cant count on 2 hands the amount of times they've either messed up my orders or delivered 2 hours after I ordered. Terrible management with apparently NO aspirations to expand their business. It's a shame bc their food is good

First the Bad: 1) The delivery time which was over an hour to the area of 55th and 6th. 2) The minimum order price. $12 is just too high and sends people elsewhere? Are they trying to fail in expanding their business further north? Now the good: WOW...plesant surprise. I am really glad they have joined the seamless web community. HUGE salad without having to pay-per-ingredient like the other seamless web affiliate resturants. Overall some of the best dairy food offered on SeamlessWeb.

The delivery service is really slow so if you don't mind waiting over an hour it's great food
