Waited for over an hour for my food. I called 30min after my order and they said it was going out now. And when I called 30 min later they said that they had just received it. Not very organized. Miso not packaged correctly and spilled. Overall terrible experience and bad sushi.

- Arrived right on time - The sushi in one of the boxes was a little on the dry side but otherwise good quality for mass production/fast-food style - Overall excellent service and would order again from ITSU

The attitude of delivery is totally not acceptable. Have to cancel and reorder other food. It is a big shame that I ordered so many time from ITSU.
