This place is horrible. I placed my order this morning at 11:05 and I am still waiting for my food to arrive. I called one hour after placing my order only to be told it was on its way - that was not true as they are only a block away and it is not 12:30 and still no food. Order from another place as this one is awful!!!

sandwich was tasty and as-requested but took 50 minutes and arrived cold (my office is 3 blocks up 5th ave on a low floor). it was a grilled turkey/ham sandwich, their own menu item; like i said, tasty and edible, if delivered in a timely fashion it might have been a five-star meal, not sure.

good food, but SLOW delivery!! ordered two soups and it was deliverd an hour and a half later. better if you pick up.

I order from them almost everyday. Their signature salads are delicious & always fresh. I highly recommend this place.

The salad tastes like it has been sitting out for a while. They have screwed up my order a few times and forgotten salad dressing. I stopped ordering from here.
