Chop’d was founded on the belief that real, good fresh food needn’t cost the earth, and shouldn’t be a niche product. To make this happen, reformed management consultant and founder Jasper Wight teamed up with Executive Chef Eddie Holmes (formerly Head Chef at Yo! Sushi) and Operations Director Allan Cook (formerly of Pizza Express, Slug & Lettuce and Chez Gerard) to deliver the best value on the freshest and most filling salads available in London, possibly the universe.
The first Chop’d store opened December 2004 in Leadenhall Market. Four more have opened since. Chop’d continues to expand, spreading its real food gospel. Want to join them?
