• Your order prints automatically at the restaurant with a random two-digit confirmation code located at the bottom of the order print out.

3. The restaurant confirms your order, which generates a confirmation email

• Someone at the restaurant determines the estimated delivery time for your order and then types the two-digit code to confirm receipt of your order and initiate your email confirmation.
• Your confirmation email is transmitted - acknowledging that the order is in process. This email:
  • Displays your order details.
  • Contains an updated delivery estimate based on the restaurant's current estimated delivery time.
