This food is marketed as something unique and special, but it's nothing more than average quality meats sauteed in perhaps an "asian" sauce and dumped between two slices of bread. I ordered a double order "steak" sandwich and they sent a chicken sandwich. When I called to explain their mistake, the man on the line suggested I just eat that instead... When my corrected order came about another half hour later, they didn't even bother to include the double order. I gave up and decided to leave bad-enough alone. Average to sub-par food with service that is seriously lacking/incompetent. If you want real asian food, go elsewhere--this isn't it.
