2. Your order prints out at the restaurant within seconds

• Your order prints automatically at the restaurant with a random two-digit confirmation code located at the bottom of the order print out.

3. The restaurant confirms your order, which generates a confirmation email

• Someone at the restaurant determines the estimated delivery time for your order and then types the two-digit code to confirm receipt of you order and initiate your email confirmation.
• Your confirmation email is transmitted - acknowledging that the order is in process. This email:
  • Displays your order details.
  • Contains an updated delivery estimate based on the restaurant's current estimated delivery time.
  • Includes contact information for the restaurant. If you have any problems with the food or delivery, the best thing to do is to contact the restaurant directly.
• SeamlessWeb customer service representatives are constantly monitoring orders to make sure they are confirmed immediately (but remember, once the restaurant confirms receipt of your order by typing in the code, the order is in process).

4. The restaurant prepares and delivers your meal

• Your meal is brought straight to your door by the restaurant's delivery person, as specified by your clearly printed order. Just sign for your order and enjoy!
