Some of the reviews on here are harsh - but my experience was good. I did the Lunch Prix Fix menu for Delivery Week, and had a very nice cauliflower appetizer (it came cold, am not sure if is supposed to be served hot or cold, but tasted great cold!) and an above average mozzarella and Roasted red pepper panini. The panini is on great rustic bread and there practically a double serving of mozz - unecessary but appreciated!

They advertise as upscale Italian. I ordered a pasta dish with salad and it did not come with bread. I called to find out why and they told me that they ran out of bread. The salad was a container of mesclun greens and nothnig more. Upscale, I think not!

After a so-so wait (my office is only 2 blocks away), my lasagna was delivered semi-cold in a flexible plastic bag. Although the seal of the container was tight, the lasagna swimming in thin marinara was delivered sideways. There were no forks, knives, or plates. One napkin. There was no bread, salt or pepper. As for the lasagna, I could tell that freshly baked and served, it would have been terrific (a touch bland - but one pinch of pepper would have done the trick....alas, no pepper). Even before eating it, I could tell it was not super fresh - the top looked hard and flat and had that "left-over" look (no sloppy seconds, please). If fresh and served well, it would be worth ordering over Fresh Basil's. Fresh Basil's is half the price, fresh, and their lasagna is tasty enough. Their service is great...fast delivery in a hard-bottom cardboard box, with napkins, knives, forks, garlic bread, semolina bread, butter, black pepper, red pepper, salt, olive oil, grated cheese...you name it. But, alas, their food is just good, not great. So, still looking for the perfect seamless italian meal.

Penne With fresh tomato and basil. My order was not as advertized. Penne with fresh tomato and basil is lots of dry pasta with a runny tomato sauce, scarce and tired tomatos and no basil. HUGE disappointment!!!

Food took over 2 hours to get here, but when it did it was still hot and very tasty. So if you don't mind the wait I say rock on!

I ordered a chef's salad, lettuce was brown and limp, meat was veiny and tough, and sliced thickly. The Gorgonzola dressing was good, but can't make up for lack of fresh ingredients and sloppy presentation - yuck.

The Panni sandwich always burn completely on both sides...I have to walk back to the shop to ask for a replacement because the lunch hours are so busy, they would not redeliver or wait for a long time. Never fails when I order it a few times. They're always busy and they don't pay attention to the quality of the food instead on the quantities they can push out. Very disappointed on Fresco.

Used to be wonderful (although the menu could have been updated). But, lately, I've been ordering much less because it's been going down hill. Today was the absolute last time. Meatball lasagne is burnt. i don't mean, browned, I mean to a crisp! Apparently, they've traded in their homemade sauce for Prego, and the "meatball" in the meatball lasagne is nothing more than a layer of NASTY ground beef (it used to be sliced meatballs). Just terrible!!!! They've just lost me.

Upscale Fresco is not. I can make box penne with jarlike sauce at home. My food had obviously been sitting around for a while - the top was dried out and below the pasta was just mush. So disappointing. There are MANY better options.

Fresco by Scotto is hand down the best Italian restaturant I've ordered from on seamless. Each dish is lovingly crafted from only the freshest of ingredients, and delivered promptly to ensure that the vegetables remain fresh and the bread crisp. The carrot cake is a sinfully delicious treat.

The food tasted great, but the large pizza was TINY. Not a large pizza, by any means. It was the size of a personal pizza at most restaurants.

Nice Place. Very friendly service. Traditional Italian in heart of midtown. Great place to meet people after work for a business dinner. Nice environment.

I wish there were more pictures of the FOOD! SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD! They are really nice here too! They are always on the Today Show making things for Christmas, Easter, every holiday they have them on. Really good stuff. Italian - really good - there is also Fresco on the Go next door which delivers through Seamless and does A LOT of catering! Try ANYTYING on this menu! It is SO GOOD (and, the Summer Salad and the Grilled Bread with OLIVE OIL and DEFINITE MUSTTTTT!)
Try the GRILLED BREAD!!! And the Summer Salad! Has straberries and pine nuts yummy. The Grilled Bread is great with olive oil. Very good. Entrees are great. I had some sort of fish. Dessert is really yummy, so make sure to save room. The Scotto family is awesome. They are all SO nice and have done a great job with their restaurant here in the city. A cool enviornment on the inside. Cool lighting - kind of like a pink/peach shade. A great place all toghether.
The food is fresh and delicious and the portions are generous. When I called the restaurant with questions, they were pleasant and helpful.
