I gave three stars because the spicy chicken wings are great -- VERY spicy, but great. However I could have given it one star for service. They are glacially, painfully slow. Give yourself an hour and a half lead time. Seriously.

One time the food was 1.5 hours late, and then the last time it never came at all. And tthey don't answer their phones.

The food is usually alright, however, the wait has always been insane. This time around its been +90 min. Ridiculous.

Avoid the chicken strips, they were cold and soggy. Wings were good though. Note all the chicken is fried.

The chicken combo box is OK, but beware, when ordering there it's good - I got delivery twice, and both times the chicken arrived cold (not even luke-warm, but cold) and soggy. When I called, I couldn't communicate with the person that answered the phone. Oh well, no delivery, just take-out from that place.

Great Chicken and I've always loved the soy garlic sauce. The only reason they don't the 5th star is because deliveries can be a bit slow.

Terrible terrible terrible !!!!!!!!! I placed my order at 2:30 I only live 10 Blocks away and its Sunday. After an hour I call and I can get no assistance other than "Sorry...he left already you should get your food shortly" and then 45 mins pass and I call again and get the same answer. My food arrives at 4:45 and it is cold, fries are stale, and the drinks are warm. I will not be ordering from here again.

I loved it before, but recently the chicken is not warm and the color is so dark. Do you use the oil again and again? I am pretty disappointed, and will not order for a while.

Delivered on time. Had the Bon Bon Box, the best chicken ever tasted. Items arrived hot and crispy. This restaurant is now a owned by the same people from the BonChon from Koreatown. Order here!! Trust me it's good.

I like the food at this place. Korean fried chicken is fantastic. A bit over priced, but it's like eating crack. The MAJOR letdown? TERRIBLE DELIVERY TIME.

this place is no longer bonbon it is now bonchon and while i love bonchon uptown, i dont think know what theyre doing. my delivery, since the change, has been pretty univerally aweful.....i like the style so will prolly try again but if it continues to suck i will just stick to the ones in k-town....

Honest review: The chicken is good, I will give them that but the delivery is super super slow. I ordered my food at 1130 to beat the lunch rush, i did not get my food till 1:15. And they made no apologies taking close to 2 hours to deliver. Don't order from here if you're hungry or have a time crunch. You will just get agitated like I did.

I love Bon Bon Chicken and so glad to find it on Seamless Web! The Katsu Sandwich is so good, especially fun with the crusts cut off. The salmon rice bowl is my next "go-to" but the wings, sweet, are definitely my FAVORITE!! SO GOOD!!!

not worth the value at all. strips have this plastic-like varnish of sweetness that makes the chicken taste more like a tv dinner. only crunchy at the edges. think marinated and broiled chicken instead of fried chicken. salad is a measly handful for $4...ridiculous. everything is just very average and expensive, considering the quality and quantity.

Dude, BonBon used to offer a bun AND asian slaw as INCLUDED in a box meal (chicken strips for $6.95, for instance). But now $6.95 only gets you the chicken strips and NO slaw or bun. Not that it matters because the new "kimchi" slaw is a nightmare: flat, too mayonnaisey (the original slaw was mayo-less), and not at all good. The strips were also smaller than before. What happened? Its all gone downhill, BonBon...
