Great italian in a neighborhood with not much great italian. haven't tried everything, but the pecorino romano and cracked pepper pasta is superb

Gross! The polpettine were really icky in a slimy, oil slick like sauce. The tonnarelli was agressive with the pepper and very creamy! The bucantini was also ok the guanciale (bacon) was basically bacon fat, so the dish had a fattiness and oiliness about it. For the $53.00, i would have rather had anything else. I would not order from here again or try the restaurant.
