The food is good at the restaurant but their delivery service is completely unreliable. Although frequently quoted at 30-45 minutes, expect delivery in no less than 1 hour...and often times much longer. Food always arrives cold. When you call to check status, they make excuses and further underestimate time. Totally frustrating. I try them every few months to see if they improve the delivery service (since I like the restaurant), but never gets better. Avoid.

They will accept an order and commit to delivery, but then the pizza is randomly not available, so they just won't process your order at all. Completely unreliable restaurant.

Only one star since I never even got the food. After 45 minutes they called to say that my dish wasn't available and it would take another 1.25 hours to get my delivery. Then I cancelled my order. Never again.

Changed the menu and eliminated some of the most popular options. Why would they do that? I ordered from this place at least once a week beforehand, but now I no longer will. Oh well. I guess going more "upscale" is a good way to lose customers.

Orders always take at least 50 minutes to arrive and have been wrong 3 times in a row. Don't think I'll be giving them a 4th chance. The menu descriptions on here are wrong, so don't be surprised if you get something completely different than what you thought your ordered...oh, and it will be probably cold.

2 hours 20 minutes (yup) for a delivery just over 150 feet away. Think we must have the record. Four phone calls met with sympathy but no food. Frustrating as they are such nice people and their sit down restaurant is so good

The chicken burger was bland and tasteless. The bun was stale. What a disappointment! However, I also ordered the ravioli with vodka sauce. It was quite tasty and very fresh.

Seriously??? I just ordered the beet salad which I've ordered several times before. There are 3 tomatoes, 2 beets and 2 onions in a salad that used to have 3 TIMES as much. And the price is the same $9.00. I will NEVER order from Arte again. Clearly they have little respect for existing customers if portion size has decreased this much. Shame on you!

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience with Arte Cafe. And I have given them numerous chances because so many friends seem to enjoy it. Today, they called 25 minutes after I placed my order to tell me they could not complete the order. I now have to go to work without that meal. Last week, I ordered brunch, and it came TWO HOURS later. I had called to cancel it after an hour and a half had passed, and made my own breakfast. By the time it came ANYWAY, I had forgotten I had even ordered it... And the chicken parmigiana was glowing raw inside.

Their brunch is low-priced, about $8-9 for a brunch entree, and then you can add unlimited mimosa, bellini, or bloody mary for $10. It's a great deal, and the staff are very good at keeping your unlimited drink topped off.
